Woke up to the news that my colleagues and I have been nominated for several Emmys! Talk about exciting! There’s nothing better than to find out that your hard work has finally paid off. It’s a humbling experience. If you follow the show, you know that we’ve had great success with the Surprise Squad, and THAT’S where the 5 nominations came from…yes!! Our categories include, Best News Human Interest Story, Best Lifestyle Program Special, Best Promo Campaign, Best Single Spot, and Best Editing. Send your prayers up for us because the 42nd Annual Pacific Southwest Emmy Awards take place on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa, Palm Springs.
